She graduated from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law in 2007.
EXPERIENCE
She has more than 14 years of experience in the legal and compliance field for analyzing legal risks, and proposing solutions for the client's investment, production, and business activities under compliance with the relevant laws; negotiating and working with, participating in the authorities, legal agencies, and the clients’ projects such as M&A projects, convenience store project, and construction projects; identifying and pointing out legal issues and property legal advice to mitigate the relevant identified legal issues.
